Talking about these experiences in the safe and non-judgemental context of a counselling session can provide a feeling of emotional support and alleviate the sense that you have to cope on your own. Talking through your difficulties can also lead to greater self understanding, which can in turn enhance your feelings of choice, well-being and self-worth.
ABOUT ME
I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. My professional body is The Foundation for Counselling and Psychotherapy (FPC) and I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I undertook my counselling training at WPF Counselling and Psychotherapy, which has a reputation for being one of the best training organisations for counselling and therapy in the UK. My counselling practice is well served by public transport links, being a 5-10 minute walk from both Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road tube stations. It is excellently positioned for those who live or work in any of the following areas: West Hampstead, Kilburn, Queens Park, Finchley, St John's Wood, Maida Vale and Camden.
